At a recent UCL Halloween Party, amongst the Freddy Kruegers’ and Spidermans’ was Biology student Chad Michaels, dressed in a short-sleeved white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Upon questioning by one of our reporters attending the party, Chad Michaels insisted that his outfit was indeed a costume.
‘It’s Homer Simpson, can’t you see it? I spent loads of money getting it exactly right. The shirt and jeans set me back £665 at Selfridges.’
Chad Michaels is no stranger to controversy at Halloween. Last year, he was seen wearing a green t-shirt and brown trousers (insisting he was dressed up as Norville “Shaggy” Rogers from Scooby Doo). The year before that, he attended a Halloween Party in a red flannel and blue jeans (insisting he was a lumberjack).
After several beers, our reporter got deeper into Chad Michaels’ motives.
‘There’s this really cute girl over there [by the punch bowl]. I thought that dressing up as something goofy would make me look stupid in front of her. I’m hoping she notices me this time; I’ve been trying for years.’
The girl in question was long-time Halloween Party host, Chelsea Summers. After drinking half of the punch bowl, our reporter spoke to her. She said ‘Chad Michaels is a disgrace to Halloween attendees everywhere. We spent ages getting our costumes and make-up just right. People like Chad Michaels should dress up like Mario, or Wario, or Luigi, or maybe… Waluigi. Hey are you okay? You’re looking a little queasy.’
Our reporter failed to note down any further statements after this. Their only memory was throwing up in what they thought was a mixing bowl. It was revealed rather quickly to be a colander.
