UCL miscounted age, finds out it's only 199 years old

UCL have apologised and will re-close the Main Quad to renovate for celebrations next year

UCL Provost Michael Spence published an apology this morning for “making a severe error in prematurely celebrating UCL200”.

UCL has now said they will close the quad for renovations to celebrate again next year.
