Following your sexual health check on 26th January, we are writing to inform you of the result. Regrettably, the test has come back positive for the fol- lowing sexually transmitted in- fections:
• Chlamydia
This infection typically shows no symptoms, but while you are not in any immediate danger, it is still a very serious disease, and you should inform all of your sexual partners since your last clean test result as soon as possible. If untreated, chlamydial infections can lead to blindness and infertility.
